Order Processing
The receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. E&E Off-Road, LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, inventory availability, or suspected fraud. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to ship less than the ordered quantity of any item, with appropriate billing adjustments. Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Expedited shipping requests must be confirmed by contacting us directly. E&E Off-Road, LLC is not responsible for order delays caused by technical issues, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E&E Off-Road, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, or use of any product, including but not limited to bodily injury, death, loss of property, or loss of use. E&E Off-Road, LLC’s total liability shall be limited to the replacement of defective products as determined by the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase, excluding damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, accident, or normal wear.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for inspecting all products prior to installation and use. Any deviation from manufacturer instructions, improper installation, or unauthorized modification constitutes misuse. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including vehicle safety, emissions, and road-use regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless E&E Off-Road, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the website or products, including improper installation or misuse.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law and Statute of Limitations
This website is operated from the State of Nevada. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the purchase of products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Nevada. Any claim must be brought within one year of the cause of action or such claim shall be permanently barred.
